We decided to try Ike's on a Thursday evening. We wanted a gin and tonic and some supper after a long day. The waitress was nice upon arrival and we liked the warm vibe of the decor. Our gina and tonic was strong but flat (zero bubbles). We told the waitress in the kindest way that the drinks were flat and asked if they could remake them so they had tonic water. She brought them back and they were bubbly but very weak, like the bar had added a splash of gin to a whole glass of tonic water. We were disappointed. My friend ordered lobster tacos and I ordered lobster bisque. The "tacos" were actually enchiladas with what looked like lobster out of a can rolled up in raw tortillas in a green sauce? What the? These are not tacos, they are cheaply made enchiladas for $18. My lobster bisque was no better and we joked it was akin to canned lobster bisque from Chef Boyardee and barely edible. I could not even finish it! We declined to complain about the food but told the waitress the drinks were bad and we did not want to pay for them as we did not drink them. She seemed annoyed and when it was time to pay our bill, she seemed to take her time attending to us. We grabbed dum dum suckers on our way out and joked it was the best thing we had all night. If you serve a bad cocktail, fix it and bring an amazing one. If the second one is bad, give your customers a free drink and a dessert for their troubles of driving to you and parking to support your business. Wow, truly disappointed. Atmosphere was great except for the annoyed waitress who we were very polite to despite the terrible drink and food experience!

Service was okay, not great though. The calamari was good, but the burger was extremely overcooked with missing mayo. Lobster bisque was good. All in all, okay, but not for $100. I probably wouldn't recommend Ike's in the future.

Really fun place! Had a great waitress, very nice patio. We will bring the family next time.
